Students
To log in to Student Records you must use your King's username and password. King's email usernames are suffixed with @kcl.ac.uk but to login to Student Records you should only use the first part (e.g. if your King's email username is k1234567@kcl.ac.uk, your Student Records username is just k1234567).
If you have an outstanding debt to the College you will only be able to access the fee details and payments section. Full access will be granted only once the finance department have confirmed that your debt has been cleared.
If you notice any inaccuracies or omissions in the data displayed in your account, please contact your Academic Centre/School Office (or equivalent) in the first instance.

If you have studied on more than one course at King’s, you will be able to view information relating to these different courses in Student Records - including courses you have already taken in the past. During log-in you will be presented with a drop-down menu allowing you to choose the course you wish to view. If you choose the wrong course (e.g. an older course), you will not be able to view information relating to your main current course such as exam Candidate Number, Examinations Timetable or be able to complete Online Module Selection as these will be specific to the course you are currently studying.
If you have selected the wrong course from the drop-down menu, please log-out of Student Records and log-back in, to access the drop-down menu again. This time check the list carefully and ensure you choose your current course. This will usually be marked with the word '(Current)' next to the programme title to help you identify it easier.
